I knew when I was about 13 that I am here for a great purpose. I used to wonder what that was. I wondered if I would discover the cure for cancer…but then I thought I would not like to learn all that medical stuff.
So I grew up. Lived in India. Learned to meditate and do hatha yoga. Studied Montessori there. Married and started a family in the costal mountains of northern California, living on a hillside in the beautiful wild. Started a Montessori school. And a community center.
Then I discovered what I am here to do: to teach people to make respect their foundation when relating to children. I wrote books, articles, a newspaper column, gave interviews, talks and classes.
Then came mid-life crisis…and everything changed…literally. I ended up in Boyle Heights in East Los Angeles…but it saved my life. That’s good.
Now it’s over 14 years later. I’m in beautiful Las Vegas. People look at me strange when I say this, but I really find this valley and its surrounding mountains quite beautiful. Anyway, this morning I woke at exactly 4:44 am and a knowing formed in my mind.
That is going into my first post…so read it!
